Aunt Helen's Rice Pudding
Aunt Helen'S Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. uncooked rice, 1 tsp. salt, 4 c. cold water, 1 qt. milk and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put rice, salt and cold water in saucepan and cook approximately 20 minutes.
When cooked, put in buttered casserole (3 quart).
Add 6 beaten eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla raisins, nutmeg and butter.
Set casserole in pan of hot water.
Place in a 350Β° oven.
Cook approximately 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
