Saute pork roast with salt, pepper and flour in butter in pan. Put sauerkraut with 1/2 of the juice in a crock-pot.
Cut up the apples (leave skin on) into wedges.
Cut the new potatoes in half. Add the soup mix.
Put sauerkraut in bottom of crock-pot.
Put pork roast in next, then add apples and potatoes.
Cook on low all day (7 A.M. to 4 P.M., approximately).
