Aunt Grace's Chicken Bake
Aunt Grace'S Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. mayo and 1 (7 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm dressing (not cubed), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together the 3 cans of soup and mayo in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place raw chicken breasts, cut in half, or long strips into soup mixture.
Press down to cover with sauce. Place cheese slices on top.
Then sprinkle with crumb dressing mix and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is done and top is brown.
