Aunt Fannie's Baked Squash
Aunt Fannie'S Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. yellow squash, 1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs, 1 stick melted butter or oleo, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and cut up squash.
Boil until tender.
Drain and mash. Add all ingredients to squash except the butter.
Mix well.
Pour into baking dish.
Spread rest of butter on top.
