Aunt Em's Wild Rice
Aunt Em'S Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. wild rice, 1 can chicken broth, 4 c. chopped celery, 2 chopped onions and 1 small can mushroom pieces and juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine wild rice and broth.
Bring to a boil; cover.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Fry celery and onion in butter until transparent.
When rice is cool and fluffy, mix with celery and onion; put in a casserole with mushroom pieces and juice.
Cover with mushroom soup and sprinkle on almonds.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Add a little water if it becomes dry.
