Mix first 2 ingredients together.
Mix oleo, cocoa and Coca-Cola in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over 1st set. Mix well.
Beat eggs.
Add baking soda and buttermilk.
Add marshmallows.
Combine with 1st and 2nd set.
Beat well.
Bake in 9 x 13 greased pan at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
