Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 4 boiled eggs, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 tall can asparagus (save liquid), 1 small can lesueur green peas, drained and cheese crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Use 1/2 can mushroom soup in bottom of dish.
Layer asparagus, peas, 1/2 of eggs and crushed crackers; alternate the same for the second layer.
Mix the other half of soup with asparagus juice and pour over the top.
Take a knife and pull mixture away from sides of casserole dish so liquid can be absorbed.
Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
