Made with 1 1/2 c. cheese ritz crackers, finely crushed, 1 can chopped asparagus, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. evaporated milk and 3 slices american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Into a 1-quart casserole dish, place a layer of cracker crumbs.
Next a layer of asparagus.
Mix the soup with the evaporated milk and put on top of the asparagus.
