Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can asparagus spears, drained (save liquid), 3/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese and butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Thin soup with asparagus liquid.
Layer asparagus in bottom of casserole. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs, then cheese.
Dot with butter.
Pour same soup over layer.
Repeat two more times. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400Β° until bubbly (45 minutes to 1 hour).
Serves 6 to 8.
