Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans asparagus spears, 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced, 6 tbsp. flour and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain asparagus spears and water chestnuts, saving 1 1/2 cups of the combined liquids.
Mix the flour and milk until smooth.
Add to reserved liquid with butter, cheese and seasonings; cook on medium heat until thick and add pimento.
Arrange asparagus in shallow 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place water chestnuts over asparagus; top with sliced eggs.
Pour sauce evenly over all and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
