Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. ritz cracker crumbs, 1/4 lb. butter, 3- 15 oz. cans asparagus, 4 t. butter and 3 t. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream cracker crumbs and 1/4 lb. butter.
Line bottom of 9x5 in baking dish with one half of creamed mixture.
Drain asparagus and arrange over crumbs.
Make white sauce with 4 T. butter, flour, and milk.
Add cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour over asparagus and top with remaining crumbs, and slivered almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 375Β°.
