Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium can asparagus, 2 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced, 1 c. american cheese, grated, 1 can mushroom soup and 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain asparagus and place in a layer in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Follow with a layer of sliced eggs and sprinkle crumbs over eggs.
Add a layer of cheese.
Pour 1/2 of soup and milk over all. Repeat layers in order given and dot with butter.
Allow to set for 1/2 hour before baking in a 325Β° oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
