Asparagus Casserole
Asparagus Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can asparagus (all green), 1 c. grated sharp cheese, 3 hard-boiled eggs and white sauce or mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut asparagus spears into small pieces.
Place layer of asparagus in bottom of Pyrex dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place layer of hard-boiled eggs and cover with sauce or soup.
Repeat, making 2 or 3 layers.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 325° or 350° for 30 minutes or until brown and crisp.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
