Asian Shrimp Delights
Asian Shrimp Delights is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and coarsely chopped, 1/4 c. each: chopped scallions, chopped water chestnuts and wasabi-horseradish light mayonnaise (like gourmayo), 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro, 1 tsp. lime juice and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In bowl, combine shrimp, scallions, water chestnuts, wasabi-horseradish mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
Spoon shrimp mixture into phyllo shells. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
