Artichoke Squares
Artichoke Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 4 eggs and 1/4 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain 1 jar artichokes.
Saute onion in liquid from artichokes. Beat eggs and add artichokes (both jars) which have been slightly chopped, along with the juice from second jar.
To this mixture, add remaining ingredients and sauteed onion.
Spray a 7 x 11-inch dish with Pam and bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
Freezes well.
