Artichoke Squares
Artichoke Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, 1 clove crushed garlic, 1 small onion, chopped, 4 eggs or 8 egg whites for low cholesterol and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain artichokes; save oil from one jar.
Saute onion and garlic in the saved oil. Chop artichokes. Beat eggs. Add crumbs and spices. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 8 x 11-inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool slightly. Cut into squares and serve warm.
