Artichoke Squares
Artichoke Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced or mashed, 4 eggs and 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain marinade from one jar of artichokes into frying pan. Chop all artichokes, set aside.
Add onion and garlic to frying pan and saute till golden; about 5 minutes.
In a bowl, beat eggs with fork, add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and
Tabasco sauce. Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onion mixture. Turn into a greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
Let cool.
May reheat in pan at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes to serve warm.
Makes 3 dozen.
