Artichoke Spread *
Artichoke Spread * is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, 1/2 c. light mayonnaise, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 clove garlic, minced and assorted vegetable dippers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Drain artichokes thoroughly, pressing to remove excess liquid. In mixing bowl, mash artichokes.
Stir in remaining ingredients except vegetable dippers.
Cover and chill several hours. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Serve with assorted fresh raw vegetables.
Makes 1 1/3 cups dip.
