Artichoke Spread
Artichoke Spread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) jar or 8 oz. can artichokes, drained and chopped, 2/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise and 2 cloves garlic, minced (1 is plenty for some), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients in 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
Serve with Stoned Wheat Thins.
