Artichoke-Spinach Casserole
Artichoke-Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 2 tbsp. butter (room temperature) and 4 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place artichokes in a casserole.
Place spinach on top of the artichokes.
Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth; add milk.
Spread over top of the spinach.
Top with a grind of fresh black pepper and the Parmesan cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes, covered the first 30 minutes and uncovered the last 10 minutes.
