Artichoke Spinach Casserole
Artichoke Spinach Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. chopped spinach, 3 cans artichokes, 1 pt. sour cream, 1/2 c. butter and 1 tbsp. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook and drain spinach. Combine spinach, sour cream, garlic, and 1/2 stick melted butter. Add artichokes and combine.
Melt the other 1/2 stick of butter and mix with the stuffing.
Place spinach mixture in the casserole dish and top with stuffing mixture.
Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes.
