Artichoke-Mushroom Casserole
Artichoke-Mushroom Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (14 oz.) cans artichokes, drained, 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 6 tbsp. butter, 1 c. sour cream and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put artichokes in casserole dish.
Saute mushrooms in butter for 10 minutes; drain (save butter in pan).
Add mushrooms to artichokes.
Put sour cream in pan with butter; blend well.
Add seasonings and parsley; pour over artichokes and mushrooms.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
