Artichoke Dip
Artichoke Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 8 1/2oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise (reduced calorie will work), 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and dash of tabasco sauce, garlic powder & paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mash drained artichokes with fork, or use food processor with plastic blade.
Add cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
Add lemon juice, tabasco and garlic powder.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Put into shallow casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Serve with bread sticks, chips or crackers.
