Artichoke Bread Circle
Artichoke Bread Circle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf frozen bread, thawed, 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (reserve marinade), 1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) grated parmesan cheese, divided, 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed and 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Roll thawed dough on floured board to make a 12 x 18-inch rectangle.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Brush half of marinade on dough. Sprinkle artichokes, garlic and half of cheese.
Sprinkle basil and oregano and roll dough from the long side and pinch to seal, making a long roll.
Place on a 12 x 12-inch baking sheet, lightly greased.
Join ends together and pinch to seal.
Brush with remaining marinade and cover with plastic wrap.
Allow to stand about 30 minutes.
Bake 15 minutes at 375Β°.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on ring and bake 15 minutes more.
Store airtight.
Keeps well for 2 days or can be frozen.
