Armadillo Eggs
Armadillo Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix, 1/3 c. self-rising flour, 1/4 lb. monterey jack cheese, cut in cubes and 1 can green chilies (whole), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sausage, biscuit mix, and self-rising flour.
Set aside. Slice green chilies and wrap them around the cheese cubes.
Pat sausage mix around this and roll to resemble egg shape.
Roll in Shake 'n Bake and bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
