Arabian Peach Salad
Arabian Peach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 3 1/2 c. sliced peaches (no. 303 large can), 1/4 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. peach juice (if not enough juice, add water to make 1 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain peaches!
Combine vinegar, sugar, peach juice and all spices.
Simmer for 10 minutes (covered).
Then strain!
Add hot water (1/2 cup) to dissolve gelatin and add 1 cup cold water. Chill slightly until salad begins to thicken and then fold in peaches and nuts.
