Apricot Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) box apricot jello, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 1 large jar apricot baby food, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 pkg. large cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil together apricot jello and pineapple.
Cream together apricot baby food and cream cheese.
