Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small boxes apricot jello, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. cold water, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice and 2 large sliced bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix jello, boiling water and cold water.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Let set slightly.
Add pineapple, sliced bananas and marshmallows.
Let set and get firm in refrigerator.
Mix pineapple juice, flour, egg and sugar.
Cook until thick. Add cream cheese and let cool.
Prepare the Dream Whip. Fold into mixture. Spread over chilled jello. Refrigerate.
