Apricot Salad
Apricot Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small box orange jell-o, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, 1 small jar apricot tapioca (baby food), 1/4 c. sugar and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix Jell-O and crushed pineapple in saucepan.
Simmer until Jell-O dissolves. Add sugar, apricots and cream cheese.
Let cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Cover top with grated nuts (1 cup chopped). When chilled, cut into squares.
