Apricot Pork Chops
Apricot Pork Chops is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can unpeeled apricot halves, 6 pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.), 1 can campbell's cream of chicken soup, 1/3 c. sour cream and 2 tbsp. chopped green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain apricots, saving 1/4 cup of syrup.
Cut apricots in half.
In skillet brown chops (use oil if necessary).
Pour off fat; stir in soup, sour cream, syrup and green onions.
Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally.
Add apricots and cook for 5 minutes more.
Serve with rice.
