Apricot-Pineapple Jam
Apricot-Pineapple Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 8 c. prepared apricots, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 5 lb. sugar, 2 packets certo and 1/2 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grind dried apricots and soak in 3 cups boiling water.
Let stand a couple of hours or overnight.
Bring all ingredients to a boil and boil for 1 full minute.
Remove from fire and add Certo; keep stirring for 5 minutes so fruit won't float.
Put in jars and cover with wax.
Boil jars before adding jam.
