Apricot Orange Mold
Apricot Orange Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 1/2 c. apricot juice, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. whipping cream and 1 can mandarin oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Measure juice and add water to make 2 cups.
Boil juice and pour over Jell-O.
Cool in refrigerator until thickened.
Beat the cream cheese into gelatin.
Whip the cream and fold into gelatin. Arrange oranges in mold and pour gelatin mixture over them or just mix oranges in.
Refrigerate until thickened.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
