Apricot Nectar Cake
Apricot Nectar Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 small box lemon jello, 1 c. apricot nectar, 1 c. crisco oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cake mix, jello, nectar, oil, eggs and extract together. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 325Β°. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove to a plate.
While cake is warm, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice until well blended.
Pour over warm cake.
