Apricot Jello Salad
Apricot Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) boxes jell-o (apricot or peach), 2/3 c. sugar, 2/3 c. water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 2 small jars apricot baby food, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Bring to a boil the Jell-O, sugar and water. Add cream cheese, baby food and crushed pineapple (not drained).
Mix well with beater.
Set aside. Beat Pet milk which has been chilled.
Fold this into other mixture (after the milk has been whipped).
Spread in dish and sprinkle with pecans.
Chill!
