Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jell-o, 2 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate and 2 (11 oz.) cans apricots, drained and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add pineapple and orange juice concentrate.
Stir well and chill until partially set.
Fold in apricots.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
