Apricot Delight(Dessert) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large or 2 small angel food cakes, 1 large can apricot nectar, 7 tsp. cornstarch, 2 c. sugar and cool whip (for garnish), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crumble angel food cake into a large cake pan. Trim off outside of cake. Cook together apricot nectar, cornstarch and sugar until it becomes thick and clear.
Pour over angel food cake and chill until firm. Top with Cool Whip.
