Apricot Cream Pie

Drain juice from apricots.
Mix flour and sugar and combine with beaten egg.
Add melted butter and apricot juice.
Place apricots in pie shell.
Cut side up.
Pour custard over the apricots.

Reduce heat to 300° and continue baking until custard is set and crust lightly browned. Serve with whipped cream.
