Apricot-Cream Cheese Cake
Apricot-Cream Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with box duncan hines butter cake mix, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. apricot nectar, 1 1/2 stick oleo, softened and 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Beat together cake mix, eggs, apricot nectar and oleo at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Mix together cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar.
Beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly over top of cake batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Let cool in pan for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn over on cake plate.
