Apricot Congealed Salad
Apricot Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. apricot jell-o, 2 small jars apricot baby food, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Boil sugar and water in microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
Add apricot Jell-O.
Stir, then add baby food.
Mix well and set aside to cool.
Whip sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese.
Add crushed pineapple and nuts with cooled Jell-O and apricot baby food mixture.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish which has been rubbed with mayonnaise.
Chill until set.
