Apricot Buns
Apricot Buns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 4 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream together the butter and sugar, add the well beaten eggs. Add flour, salt and baking powder sifted together alternately with milk.
Turn out onto a floured board, divide into 12 or 14 portions.
Work each smoothly, then roll out about 1/2-inch thick. Divide the fruit among the portions of dough.
Gather the dough up over the apricots, pinching edges well together.
Brush over with milk.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Lay on greased pan and bake 30 minutes in moderate oven (350° to 375°).
