Applesauce Cake
Applesauce Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. pkg. candied cherries, cut up, 4 oz. pkg. dates, cut up, 1 c. raisins, 1 c. broken pecan goodies and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In mixing bowl, combine cherries, dates, raisins, pecans and 1 cup flour.
In large bowl, mix applesauce, margarine and molasses. Place in sifter 2 cups flour, sugar, soda, salt and spices.
Sift into applesauce mixture and mix well.
Add fruit and goodie mixture.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
