Applesauce Bread Pudding
Applesauce Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices white bread, toasted, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. raisins, 2 eggs and 1/4 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spread toasted bread with butter and cut into quarters.
Place buttered side up in greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
Sprinkle raisins over toast.
Mix eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, applesauce, evaporated milk and vanilla until well blended.
Pour over toast.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
