Apple Sour Cream Pie

In a larger mixing bowl, add apples, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Mix well.
In separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace and coriander.
Combine dry ingredients to apple mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Add the top shell. Seal and bake at 375Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
