Apple-Raisin Muffins
Apple-Raisin Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 3 packets sugar substitute or the equivalent of 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Prepare two 1/2-inch muffin tins with vegetable pan spray or grease lightly.
(Paper liners won't need oil.)
Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat egg and whip in oil, milk and applesauce.
Add to dry ingredients and mix until flour is moistened.
Stir in raisins.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from tin immediately.
