Apple Raisin Bread
Apple Raisin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 4 eggs, 4 tsp. vanilla extract and 3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Combine the dry ingredients; gradually add to the sugar mixture.
Fold in the apples, raisins and walnuts.
Pour into two greased and floured 9 X 5 X 3 inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
Makes 2 loaves.
