Apple Pork Tenderloin
Apple Pork Tenderloin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pork tenderloin, 1/2 c. apple juice, 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place tenderloin in baking dish. Combine apple juice, vinegar, brown sugar and garlic and pour over tenderloin. Place meat and sauce in a baking dish and top with the sliced apples. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tenderloin reaches internal temperature of 180° on meat thermometer or until the meat is no longer pink. Remove to a platter and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
