Apple Pancakes
Apple Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. thinly sliced apples, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Saute apples and butter in pan on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients (sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg).
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes in covered pan.
Mix flour and salt together.
Add eggs and milk.
Stir with wire whisk until well blended.
Pour into ovenproof skillet with 1 teaspoon melted butter.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Pancakes will fluff up.
You will need to punch down with fork.
Lower temperature to 350Β° and bake for 5 more minutes.
