Apple Nut Cake
Apple Nut Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. apple, chopped, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco or vegetable oil and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel and chop apples.
Pour 3 tablespoons sugar over apples, let set.
Sift flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder; set aside. Mix sugar and oil, beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Add orange juice and sifted flour mixture; mix well.
Add nuts and apples, stir by hand.
Pour in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake in oven at 325Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Ice with canned milk, coconut and nuts.
Cook for 2 minutes.
