Apple Custard Pie
Apple Custard Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 or 10-inch pie crust, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 (14 oz.) can borden sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk), 1/4 c. apple juice concentrate, thawed and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Make pie crust and bake for 15 minutes. In mixing bowl blend sour cream, milk, juice, egg, vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour into shell.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool.
Put apple pie filling on top.
Serve warm or chilled.
