Apple Custard Bread Pudding
Apple Custard Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Beat egg yolks with sugar; add melted butter, milk, nutmeg, vanilla and apples.
Place 1/2 bread in pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 raisins.
Repeat bread and raisins.
Pour mixture over bread and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Before completely done, beat egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar and place on top of pudding.
Continue to bake until brown.
